This solution is for the setting and application of criteria for the payment of bonuses and the remuneration of networks on the achievement of objectives.
DETAILS
MBO and Incentives uses an innovative framework of criteria and a Business Intelligence platform that enables network management to set bonus contracts and objectives for individual agents and to flexibly calculate awards without the involvement of the IT department
Data retrieved from corporate applications (ObjectWay Financial Software or legacy solutions, ERP, CRM, etc.) are stored in a separate archive for the setting, control and payment of bonuses.
Functions consist of:
- Objective and bonus setting: bonuses are linked to one or more objectives. Base criteria for bonus payments can be actual calculation algorithms based on multiple, interdependent analytical models. Interactive pivot tables that can very rapidly combine and compare different data are sued for the construction of analytical models
- Mass replication: it is possible to apply objectives to homogeneous groups of occupational categories
- Simulation: prior to application to one or more occupational groups, a bonus must be verified by running a “what if” analysis. This method is very useful since such simulations provide advance knowledge of the cost of the bonus being proposed to the network
- Processing and payment of bonuses: for the processing of objectives, bonuses to be paid are made available to the salary payment system – ObjectWay ANT
- Cost control: payments made for the achievement of individual objectives are archived and made available to users for cost analyses.
ObjectWay MBO and Incentives is an integral component of the ObjectWay Financial Suite.
