ObjectWay discretionary portfolio management software fully meet the most advanced requirements of institutional clients,

The solution consists of two components:
ObjectWay Portfolio Manager and

ObjectWay Portfolio Manager assists portfolio managers in decision making and execution tasks by supporting construction of model portfolios,

ObjectWay Portfolio Administrator, built on the ObjectWay Smit2 Suite, has a modular, flexible and extendible, multicurrency and multilingual structure superimposed on multichannel scalable and secure architecture.
This solution for asset management units comprises:
- Management of client transactions;
- Compliance monitoring;
- Calculation of management fees;
- Generation of reports in the format required by national authorities;
- Taxation;
- Regulatory reports.
The solution also features ObjectWay Smit2 generic functions used for both securities safekeeping portfolios and discretionary portfolios:
- Full master database of securities and corporate actions with integrated information providers;
- Order book, trading;
- Settlement management;
- Account and client master data;
- Account postings.
The solution’s strengths are:
- Thanks to a uniform application architecture and the high amount of expertise incorporated in the platform, it is possible to rapidly implement new products and services relating, for instance, to management fees, portfolio composition and investment restrictions.
- All aspects of account management such as fees, model portfolios, etc., may be grouped in classes for management purposes and it is even possible to separately configure the software for individual accounts thus offering the flexibility needed for discretionary asset management.
- The Graphical User Interface and the high-volume processing model increase productivity thus reducing operations costs.

UBI BANCA

BANCA SELLA GROUP
