Chief Executive Officer - Group
Luigi is Objectway's founder, CEO group and major shareholder. As visionary entrepreneur, he has dedicated his career to power the investment service business by technology innovation.
He has successfully consolidated Objectway's leadership in the wealth and asset management industry internationally, creating a technology platform, which enables customers to digitally evolve their business and deliver higher performances.
His goal today is to create and implement disruptive ways to reduce the complexity and timing of digital transformation.
Luigi holds a master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Pisa.
Chief Executive Officer - International
Alberto leads Objectway’s international business and is part of the board of directors of the group, as CEO for the Objectway UK and Belgium entities. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Alberto has driven the development of the company’s product offering to deliver an effective value proposition to Objectway’s international markets.
He has successfully delivered several complex business transformation programs across the EMEA region for Wealth Managers, Private Banks, Stockbrokers, designing solutions for high front-office productivity, back-office operational efficiency and digital customer engagement.
Alberto holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pisa.
Chief Executive Officer - Italy
Gianbattista leads Objectway’s Italian business and is part of the board of directors of the group, as CEO Italy. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gianbattista held senior management position in investment service software company before joining Objectway.
He has successfully driven the operation and sales of several business across the wealth and asset management industry, consolidating the leadership of Objectway's solutions in the Italian market.
Gianbattista holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan University.
Chief Business Operation Officer
Sandro is responsible for the improvement of the Group's business operations and is a board member of Objectway UK. An accomplished professional with over 30 years experience delivering global large-scale transformation programmes and management at Board level in financial services. He personally delivered a variety of change initiatives working at Director/ CXO level in the wealth and asset management industry, including, member of the management board for Russia’s leading asset management group and Global Head of e-Business Private Banking International out of Switzerland for Germany’s largest universal banking group. He is a chartered accountant with Doctorate and Masters degrees in strategic information systems for wealth and asset management.
CEO for the DACH Region and Banking Practice Leader
Karl leads the German-speaking private banking and wealth management markets, as part of its long-term growth strategy for the region. Moreover, he is responsible for the Banking Practice at group level. He brings more than 28 years of experience in the banking sector with significant expertise in leading digital transformation.
Prior to joining Objectway, Karl was responsible for all activities of the Avaloq Group in the German market.
