Sandro is responsible for the improvement of the Group’s Business Operations. He has joined Objectway in 2019 and now he is Objectway UK Board Member. He personally delivered a variety of change initiatives working at Director/CXO level in the wealth and asset management industry, supervising global large-scale transformation programmes in financial services. Sandro is a chartered accountant with Doctorate and Master’s Degrees in strategic information systems for wealth and asset management.

Tariq is Client Development Director at Objectway and he leads the Business Development and Account Management teams. Tariq is passionate about Wealth management sector and has been working with Wealth Managers for over 15 years, with the prime focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes. He and his team try and achieve this by forming long term partnerships with firms and enabling them to improve their user and end client experience, operational efficiency, and become future ready through Objectway’s digital solutions. Tariq studied Physiology at Kings College London and he holds the Islamic Finance Qualification.

Paul is Head of Front office Presales for UK and Middle East at Objectway. Paul has worked in Wealth Management for over 30 years and has experience over all aspects of front office requirements. He is responsible for understand client requirements, formulating as solution and presenting this our clients to support their objectives. Paul studied Engineering at The University of Exeter.
