Michele Tanzi
Graduated in Computer Science at the University of Bari, he immediately specialized in the analysis and design of software systems for finance and online trading. In 2003 he joined Objectway, where he immediately realized an innovative and complex private wealth management project. Soon after the coordination of Private and Premier Banking projects in Italy and Europe, since 2011 he has been Product Director of the Advice platform. Today he is Market Solutions Director and, thanks to his many years of experience in processes and digital implementation in the field of multichannel financial consulting and personal financial planning, he leads the development of Objectway Wealth Management solutions and provides consulting support to customers for the implementation of solutions in these areas.
Marco Zaffaroni
He began his professional career as a consultant, and then landed in Citifin, consumer credit company of Citigroup, where he holds various roles in the IT field dealing with application development for the financial world and the management of debt collection platforms. In 1993 he joined Compass, a consumer credit company of the Mediobanca Banking Group and, among the main projects managed, he is responsible for replacing the entire management platform, the implementation of Business Intelligence and CRM platforms and integration with Linea S.p.A. (a company incorporated by Compass). In 2009 he held the role of COO assisting the integration between IT, Organization and Customer Operations in order to redefine the overall approach to the systematic improvement of customer management processes. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Compass, CheBanca! and other companies of the Mediobanca group. He is currently Operations Director of CheBanca! (Mediobanca Group).
