    Paola Sacerdote

    Paola is a journalist, and she has been working within Advisor from 2020. She contributes to the publishing of articles and interviews both for Advisor monthly magazine and Advisor Private twice-monthly magazine. Specialised in Financial Services News, she has collaborated with several newspapers, coordinating editorial projects. She holds a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences & International History from University of Milan.

    Paolo Bonacina

    Paolo is Objectway BPO Service Operation Director. A longtime player in the asset management industry, Paolo is in charge of the supervisory reporting office which handles supervisory reporting for all BPO clients and external clients who refer to them for regulatory reporting activities. After a 17-years work experience in the System Information Industry, he has decided to take the responsibility for FIA’s Fund Administration Segment and FIA’s Corporate Accounting, including SGR, SIM and Companies. Paolo coordinates the activities of a teamwork made by 50 people and he is the contact person for customers on both organisational issues and continuous improvement of software and management processes.

    Simone is Alkemia SGR Partner & Managing Director. Prior to join Alkemia, he held the role of General Manager for DOING, the largest independent digital consultancy agency in Italy. Since 2020, he has started and ha has co-managed one of the most active Italian Venture Capital Funds (Sinergia Venture Fund) and, more recently, a PIPE (Private Investments In Public Equity) Fund, both focused on the development of innovative technologies within different companies. Over the years, he has been in top positions within MTV Networks, Telecom Italia, TXT eSolutions and Publicis.

    Alessandro Di Michele

    Alessandro has become Green Arrow Capital CEO in 2013. He has started his professional career in London as Consultant for Deloitte Consulting and Braxton Associates. In 2008 he has been appointed Executive Director of London Stock Exchange Group, where he worked as CFO and then as Board Member of all Italian subsidiaries as well as Chairman of GlobeSettle, a London Stock Exchange Group company active in the post trade sector in Luxembourg. He holds a Master’s Degree in Political Economy from Glasgow University and a Post-Degree Master in Micro-Economy from Cambridge University.

    Francesca Maderi

    Francesca has joined Tages Group in 2011 and today she is Tages Capital SGR Chief Operating Officer. She has started her career path more than 20 years ago within the Organisation Department of Banca Intesa SpA. In 2007 she has become Banca Leonardo Group Head of Organisational Department. She has Has acquired significant experience in setting up and implementing organisational and control structures, related to the provision of financial statements and accounting documentation for banks, SGRs and investment funds. Francesca holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from Università Commerciale Bocconi in Milan.

    Claudio is currently Sagitta SGR CEO. Prior to join the Europa Investimenti Group in 2011, Claudio has been Investment Banking Director at Banca MB, Director of Meliorbanca Group’s Private Equity Activities (Star Venture Fund I and MeliorequityFund) in Meliorbanca Asset Management SGR, and Director of Gallo & C. S.p.A. He holds a Business Economics Master’s Degree from Bocconi University in Milan.
