OWINTALK | BEHIND BUSINESS, BEYOND NEWS

We are particularly proud when recognition from market analysts and clients coincides, and this is what happened in Celent’s October 2020 report, Front-to-Middle Office Platforms: EMEA Wealth Management Edition: 2020 XCelent Awards: Powered by VendorMatch. The report was written by Celent Wealth Management Senior Analyst, Ashley Longabaugh.
Objectway WealthTech Suite, in fact, has been awarded with the XCelent award for Breadth of Functionality and for Client Base.

Double achievement

The positive evaluation for Breadth of Functionality of our WealthTech Suite is reflected in the recognition from our client base.
On the one hand, our clients rated Objectway “favorably, with particular appreciation of our experience and support, stable product evolution, and the solution’s ease of use, smooth integration, completeness, and flexibility.”
Celent, on the other hand, commended our Advisor & Investor Portal and Mobile Apps and Client Lifecycle Management & Onboarding solutions, defining them “rich with capabilities that ultimately augment advisor–client interaction, drilled-down automated reporting, advisor efficiency, and comprehensive KPIs.”

Distinguished portfolio optimisation

And our efforts to continuously enrich and integrate our software suite with new functionalities are paying off. According to the consulting firm, our new module addition Optimiser “enables wealth managers to achieve mass customisation across a large audience of investors while simultaneously aiming to increase their return on margins. The augmented intelligence component and overall scalability of the Optimiser solution is a distinguishing point.”

Celent defines Front-to-Middle Office solutions as a platform that “supports the advisory process, from acquisition to ongoing maintenance and retention, in a single workflow. These components include client relationship management (CRM), financial planning, portfolio management, and portfolio monitoring. Reporting straddles across front office and back/middle office operations”.

When examining the EMEA Front-to-Middle Office platforms, Celent considered as notable differentiators the provision of actionable recommendations and insights, seamless advisor–client collaboration, and mass customisation functionality.

What do the above characteristics have in common? They highlight the necessity to focus on client needs, and can be enabled by digital tools. Digital and personal have to seamlessly combine.

Modernising the front-to-middle office system requires both a superior service model and a complete digital-enabled solution set, which should be deployable as a stand-alone solution, or in a comprehensive end-to-end solution.

Glad as we are for the attention we got from Celent, this is also a testimony of the successful implementations of our solutions at our customers.
